For 1300 H St. Dantes Partners assisted Insight Property Group to identify and secure 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits as well as conventional permanent debt for a former vacant lot to be converted into 33 new construction units for families earning at or below 60% of AMI.

For 1300 H Street, Insight is the primary developer responsible for overseeing the acquisition, entitlement, construction, and operation of 33 new affordable units, in addition to leasing 5600 square feet of new retail space facing H Street.
